4. Picking Up and Dropping Off Vehicles

Transporting hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is unacceptable. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. The vehicle must be used only for its intended purposes, and adhering to passenger and weight limits is required. Driving outside the specified geographical area without prior approval is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
